A SaaS and marketplace ecosystem for West African commerce. I lead technical decisions across 6+ production systems with a distributed team of 4–6 engineers.
Payment pipelines on Flutterwave, Stripe and Paystack with idempotent webhooks, payout reconciliation and atomic ledger updates.
Found and fixed a production RLS privilege-escalation bug with trigger-level access controls.
Made the architecture calls: Next.js vs Spring Boot per domain, Postgres vs Mongo per query pattern, monolith vs pnpm monorepo as the team grew.

An early-stage startup building trust and productivity tools for social commerce. I led the move from a Firebase MVP to PostgreSQL, an Express API and a pnpm monorepo.

I work end to end: database schema, multi-tenant permissions, real-time features and payments at scale, then the interface people actually touch. I like the unglamorous parts — the webhook that must never double-charge, the permission rule that must never leak across tenants.
